I don't really have a lot to say but the little that I have might help you in ways that I can't imagine. I'm not going to babble on because I have revision and researching to get back to.
So, I just took the time out to say, no matter what you are going through right now, there is light at the end of the tunnel. At this moment in time, if you are experiencing a lot of darkness in your life and a lot of dead ends, don't worry because it's just a build up to something great.
Think of life as your favourite fruit. Now, imagine that you purchase it or maybe it's still on the tree growing, but it's not ripe as yet so you can't eat it. Some people won't be able to wait for it to ripe properly, these are the people that look for the easy way in life, how to make fast money and hope to stay on the top. The thing is, what those people don't realise is, they will bite into the fruit and it might taste fine at first but after a few more bites you won't be able to eat the rest of it; so you'll have to throw it away because it's not edible. And just like life, those people will make fast money but as fast as it comes, it goes and you will have a slight taste of the top but not long enough to relish in it. You will go up fast but fall even faster.
On the contrary, those people who have patience and wait for the fruit to ripe will be able to enjoy it fully. Life may seem slow but if you wait and do things the right way, once you make it to the top, you will not only be able to sit and put your feet up; but also have a cheeky glass of wine. So, not only will you enjoy your favourite fruit, you will also be able to relish in the taste of it. And once you've made it slowly, but surely, your spot it safely secured for as long as you want it to be.
So, all I'm saying is, be strong throughout these dark times, (if you ate carrots when you were younger you'd be able to see better in the dark). Sorry, I couldn't resist putting that in.
Anyways, back to the topic. Keep your high even if your life is breaking down. We all have to go through rough patches and instead of letting it get to you, stand strong because in the end, you'll be able to look back and say... I made it. And just like I do, turn your smiles into sunshines, even if it's raining inside and you'll be just fine.
Note: I haven't got much to say really. 2012 has been an interesting year so far, I look forward to the rest of it with all smiles and a notebook. Thanks for reading, I hope you liked it. Tanny xx
